Lemon Bars - Leya Haynes & Sidney Adam


Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup flour
2/3 c powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° Beat butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl until blended. Beat in flour. Press into greased 9X13 pan. Bake 18 -20 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons flour frothy. Pour over hot crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes longer or until top is set and lightly browned. Cool completley and dust top with powdered sugar.

Cut into bars and refrigerate.
