Grilled Chicken Fajitas - Sabryna Gilmore & Kelsey Thacker

Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 garlic clove, halved
6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
1. Cut chicken into strips.
2. Pray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Add chicken and 1 clove garlic, minced; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 minutes.
4. Add green pepper, cut into strips, and onion; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Spoon chicken mixture and 1/4 cup cheese in center of each tortilla; fold.
