Ingredients:
1 c. ricotta cheese
¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground beef
8 Hoagie buns (8in.)
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1T. garlic powder
1 T dried Italian seasoning
Directions:
Cut thin slices off tops of buns. Hollow out centers,
leaving ¼ inch thick shells; discard tops and center or save for another use.
In a skillet brown ground beef; drain. Add spaghetti sauce,
garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook 4-5 minutes or until heated through.
Combine ricotta, parmesan and half of cheddar and mozzarella
cheeses; mix well.
Spoon meat sauce into buns; top with cheese mixture. Place
on baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25
minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheddar and mozzarella. Return to
oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts.
