Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sugar cookie mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 c. apricot preserves
fruits of choice
Directions:
Mix sugar cookie mix, bake as directed.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Spread over cooled crust.
Top with fruits of choice.
Mix preserves & water. Brush over fruit.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
