Chicken Lip Dip - Miranda and Claire

Ingredients:
16 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans of diced chicken
3/4 c. salsa
1 c. ranch
served with tortilla chips

Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and heat in a crock pot. Serve with the tortilla chips.
