Fat Emma Bars - Kelsey & Khyle

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups oatmeal
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 T butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Cream together 1 cup butter and brown sugar. Mix together eggs, oatmeal, flour, soda, vanilla and salt. Blend this with the butter and brown sugar mixture. Pat 3/4's of the mixture into a greased 9X13 pan.

Combine 2 T butter, chocolate chips and milk. Melt slowly. Spread into pan.

Crumble remaining mixture on top.

Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
